3 Tender documents can be obtainable from Contract and Procurement Unit, Miri City Council during normal office hours upon payment of  document fees (non-refundable) in form of cash and tender deposit in the form of cash/bank draft/cheque and only to be sell to eligible tenderer. The tender deposit is refundable upon receipt of bona-fide tender.

4 The original / signed or certificate true copy certificate of registration of contractors issued by UPK, UPKJ and CIDB Licenses, Current Trade License and Letter of Authority shall be produce for inspection before tender document can be issued.

5 Tender submitted must be accompanied by Photostat copies of the following documents:
   i)  Business Names Registration Certificate;
   ii) Current Trade License;
   iii) Certificate of Registration of Contractors with UPKJ; and
   iv) UPKJ and CIDB License
   If failure to do so, the Council have the right to disqualified the tender.

6 The tenderer shall submit the tender in sealed envelope and marked the appropriate heading with 'CONFIDENTIAL', the closing date. Tender Number and also the Title of tender on the left-hand corner of the envelope. The completed signed/filled Tender Document shall be submitted inside the Tender Box and addressed to the following address:

6 The closing date for the tender shall be not later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday, 1st. April, 2020 and any Tender's received after the specified period and time shall be automatically rejected.

7 The tender will remain open for acceptance for a period of 90 days from the day of the tender close

8  The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
