2. Tender documents for the above can be obtainable from Engineering Department, Miri City Council during normal office hours upon payment of document fees in form of cash and  tender deposit in the form of cash or bankdraft.  The tender deposit is refundable upon receipt of bona-fide tender.  If a tenderer refuses to enter into a contract agreement after his tender has been accepted or withdraws his tender at any time before or after acceptance, the tender deposit will be forfeited.

3. Registered licensee is required to provide the original license or certified true copy of the license issued by UPKJ and CIDB. Any authorised representative of the tenderer may collect the tender document.

4. A Tenderer may not submit more than one  tender in respect of this work.

5. Form of tender shall be filled completed, signed and stamped by the tenderer failing which shall be rejected.

6. Any alteration/amendment/correction etc. in whatever form shall be accompanied by signature of submitting person otherwise the tender Forms shall be rendered invalid.

7. Tenders to be submitted with a copy of the UPKJ and CIDB License and other documents required in accordance to the “Instruction To Tenderers”

8. Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked the subject of the tender must be addressed to:_

And to reach him not later than 12.00 Noon on  Thursday, 1st March 2018

9. The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

10. The tender will remain open for acceptance for a period of 56 days from the day of the tender close

11. Mutilated, defaced or uncompleted tender form shall be rejected.
